Beatmaking Teaching Job – Presidio Knolls School, San Francisco (Fall 2025)

California Arts Enrichment is hiring an enthusiastic and tech-savvy beatmaking instructor to teach an after-school music production class for students ages 9 and up at Presidio Knolls School in San Francisco. This hands-on class introduces students to Apple GarageBand and the art of making beats, layering loops, and creating original songs.

We’re looking for a creative and dependable educator who enjoys working with middle schoolers and can foster a fun, collaborative learning environment where students explore their musical voice.

  • Class Description: Students will dive into digital music creation with Apple GarageBand, learning how to build beats, compose melodies, and produce full tracks.

  • Rate: $100 per hour

  • Class Length: 1 hour

  • Preferred Days: Either Mondays (3:30–5:30pm) or Wednesdays (2:30–5:30pm) – teacher may indicate preference

  • Program Dates: Fall 2025 (exact dates TBD)

  • Location: Presidio Knolls School – 250 10th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103
